The Knights Next Door is being produced through iUniverse, a print-on-demand publisher. The book will eventually be available through online booksellers, but will also be sold directly through the iUniverse web site. It will only be available through the iUniverse site for the first several weeks.
Any web site that adds a link to the iUniverse bookstore for this book will
receive 10% of each sale the link generates. The linking company, Linkshare,
will send you a check when your proceeds reach $25. There will be a 60-day delay between sales and when they are posted to Linkshare, but you can track click-throughs on Linkshare's site daily, with just a one- or two-day delay." Checks are sent out monthly,
but you can reach the $25 over multiple months if necessary.

affiliate takes just a few minutes. It is a pain to read all the fine print
in the contract. But I read it and it all seems pretty harmless. If anyone

create a link. Select iUniverse as your choice. Then read Linkshare's instruc
tions for creating a link for a specific product. They're short and will walk you
through the basic steps better than the iUniverse link above. You can use just
a text link or use The Knights Next Door cover as an image.
